As previously mentioned, sometimes things get written that can't easily fit into a the rhythm or space of a book. In this case, here's a chapter plus that explained a bunch of stuff for us, but that didn't ..... quite .... go with the flow.

Thanks! That's like the "deleted scenes" on an extra DVD, which I enjoy. Or what y'all call a "side story" (except that your "side stories" have a tendency to take off and become part of the main story so I don't think of them as separate).
