Anyone else familiar with Abney Park? Ahah -- we just got two new to us CDs ...
They gave us some great driving music on the weekend; in particular during the rather iffy trip home from Old Orchard Beach when "possible snow showers" became a near-white out three hour drive from Saco to East Winslow. They're Sharon's favorite contemporary musicians, and they'll be sort of in our neck of the woods this fall. I hesitate to tell you what kind of music they play -- they cross so many genres with so many ideas that there's no way to tie them down. Our plan is to see them when they're close to us, just about a month after worldcon.
