meanwhile, the roads around here are much busier now that gas prices are down a little; I just filled up the tank for $50 even... which was @ $3.79/gallon, the lowest I'd seen on my trip to the Post Office. Then the very closest gas station to me, an independent, had it for $3.78 when I came back -- it had been $3.84 on my way out.

So we're gassed up for an early run to Albany; now all I have to do is make sure my socks match and stuff...

$3.79 for regular is now the going rate here in Berks county, but this is the kicker - the premium can be anywhere from $3.89 to $4.10!!! I'm amazed. Good thing I use Regular.
