Of course, the actual answer is obvious -- the same country which also contains London, Moscow, Birmingham, Paris, Hamburg, ...

There were weeks when I was working as Citizen Access Specialist that I might one day visit Norway and come home through Rome, and the next go north and visit Stockholm, and after an overnight in Caribou return to assist clients in China and then down to Portland.
Sometimes I'd go to Orient, sometime to Wytopitlock; and sometimes I'd go to Belfast and Calais on my way to Canada. I saw a comment recnetly that "Maine is the only foreign country in the United States..."
