We sed to live on this street and considered buying the house we rented...
now the other house in "our" little court from those days is for sale.

Alas, due to mortgage stuff we cannot *touch* selling -this- place until next March. Once March hits we'll see....

I doubt we could swing this kind of price, but it is to dream.

This is the house where there was a v black large cat with reputation for being extremely mean to all and sundry cats and dogs in the neighborhood. Our Brandee -- about 1/2 his size -- would go sit on his deck and eat his food with impunity, and sometimes chased him from his soft-spots.

So, off to the city and maybe several cities....

Alas indeed! Is it fair, I ask you, to show me such a beautiful home the day before I close on the nowhere near as lovely place I could afford? Especially unfair is how (relatively) cheap the place is! Not that I qualify for that right now, but give me five or ten years and look out!

Sigh. Really, really lovely. Thanks for that glimpse, I enjoyed the virtual tour, but would like to stop and really look at the rooms and find some detailed information. Alas! I want what I cannot have, yet again!
