We're used to doing it ... and we like to sign for our readers. The hassle comes mostly in not knowing when things will arrive, and in working around the delays that seem inevitable now that we've done this about 8 years in a row... also, the government has made it more difficult over time ... I used to have an 8 to 5 window for delivering things to the PO with having the local PO close for "lunch" and now our time for delivery to the PO is effectively any time between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM or 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
