I suspect that the "Temporarily Unavailable" is because the warehouses don't yet have the book in stock. As far as I know the new distributor should be getting to the book out to most of the english speaking world RSN.
Once you see "Truck! Truck!" here... check with those sources again, that's my suggestion...
