I know that it seems mean, but you might want to consider keeping Dulsey locked up away from the other cats for a while. This allows the other cats to exert dominance and sends her a message that her behavior is inappropriate.

We had a similar problem when we adopted two unrelated female cats in 2000. Mine was being a food / water / litterbox bully while my significant other's cat was sick and undernourished and desperately in need of some quiet recovery time, so we locked My Cat in the basement until the Other Cat was feeling better.

After we let My Cat out, the Other Cat then pulled rank and established a series of rules that have served them both well for the past 5 1/2 years - including a ridiculous ritual greeting mode in which My Cat must bow her head and lick the Other Cat's chest while the Other Cat licks the top of her head. If My Cat doesn't do this or she dares to "greet out of mode", she gets whacked or nipped (but not enough to draw blood). The other big rule is that they are not allowed to use claws on each other.

I don't think the Other Cat realizes that My Cat came declawed. 8 )
