We find that "the available from warehouse, not in store" mode seems to be the most common one -- it's kind of rough on us since we can;t tour every store in the country and ask that the books be brought in. People who *do* go into the stores might gently point out the number of Lee & Miller books available and suggest that the latest be brought in least amazon.com scarf up all the sales. Amazon has been doing a pretty good job since the "graphic novel" tag was removed.
