While I was in CA visiting my parents, I discovered that Mom did not have Saltation or Balance of Trade. I ordered the hardbacks of Saltation and Mouse & Dragon from her local indie bookstore, Rakestraw Books. I also attempted to order a copy of Balance of Trade through them. They were having issues with finding any copies of BoT, in hard- or paperback. While they didn't particularly want to lose my business, they pointed out to me that Amazon is still offering the paperback with "prime" shipping, so there is still at least one stack of MM-binding Balance of Trades out there. I ponder.
