Did a quick check of the local B. Dalton. No BoT softcover, I'm afraid. No Lee and Miller spotted of any species. They are Philistines.* But it is not yet December 28.
*(Not complete Philistines. I signed copies of mine own books they had in stock, and the nice clerk lady asked for one personalized as she was going to buy it....)
