Supposedly, Garret County was supposed to get snow showers/squalls on Friday. HAH.
Most of Baltimore County (e.g. north of the city line) got snow showers/squalls off and on all through Friday. It stuck to the grass briefly in places...very briefly, say 2 hrs. My customers from Pennsylvania reckoned it was 'lake effect' snow. (What lake?, says I.) Rush hour was a tad icy - lotsa accidents.
So do drivers freak during the first snow in Maine, too? Or is it just Maryland? Lauretta
