Blue is the color

Blue is the color of the flame I usually get on my stove top. Suddenly and without warning, say over thalst few days, the flame has changed ... it appears that the blue is ... sheathed in a yellow orange, and perhaps flicking yellow at the end. Do I have water in the fuel line? A cheaper blend of gas? A bad atmosphere to burn in? Too much time on my hands?
