IN THE MIDDLE of all kinds of stuff I discover I've overlooked some updates on the Clarion West pages, where I, along with a number of other writers, are participating in this year's Clarion West Write-a-thon.
Since I don't do foot or bike marathons, I don't sell Cat Scout Cookies, and I can't spell without a spellchucker, here's your shot to sponsor me doing something I've had some luck in while supporting an organization that developed from the ideas of Damon Knight, many years ago.
For *my* page, then, visit: http://www.clarionwest.org/events/writeathon/SteveMiller
The image there is a Kelly Freas rendition of what I looked like right about then -- see the hair on the lip? I first grew that in 1973, at Clarion West. Note the paypal button. That's a hint. If you do not do Paypal... there's a snailmail address somewhere on the site, I'm sure.
If you just want the basic link so you can visit and share it with others without infecting them with my dyed-in-the-beard space opera cooties....
http://www.clarionwest.org/events/writeathon
Now, back to telling the srmpublisher catalog at srmpublisher.com that we *do so* have some of those books in stock. Geesh...
Oh yeah, if you went to Clarion West, I think they still have spots in the write-a-thon ... please join us!
