Yes on the sorting of postage costs...

because what I need to do to be sure is to take a packed example of each of 1 copy, 2 copy, and 3 copy shipments and then ask the clerk to check me on a series of out of country addresses and mailing options. This would all work much better if I had an assistant conversant with the arcane bait-and-switch mailing regulations which make a Flat Rate Priority package of volume of 2.8 X and a mass of 1.97 X $4 less expensive to mail than a Priority Package of X, or an equivalent First Class Postage XFC.

The book in question is not to the printer yet; I'll try to catch up.
