I believe the PTBs choose their venues to allow ejecting/arresting people on simple tresspass charges, rather than getting into gray areas like "disturbing the peace" in a public place. You may recall that our local visitation by Shrub took place on the National Guard base, where anyone who stepped out of line could face Federal charges?
