Mm, I like the sound of your house! Val and I are considering buying a "worker" house, but only if it's structurally sound - I'm not going to have any significant remodel money for some time, but it would be fun to gradually bring one of those lovely old homes back to life. I think. Of course, should we go that route, someone may have to point back to this post before they shoot me.
