About getting stuff to worldcon: You can also ship a box to the FedEx/Kinko's office in the Marriott as a "hold for pickup" -- they're charging $10 for pickup, which is significantly less than shipping the box to one of the hotels would be (and they've got a bigger stake in not losing packages!)
