Always expect a train ... yet again

Wow, here's a guy who needs to learn how to ride his bike along the bike trails...

Cleaned up some of the tomato plants this morning, moved the humming bird feeder pole out of harms way, did some minor PR stuff, have an afternoon meeting in town, stuff to pack this morning. Will catch you if I can.

It's like an also-ran in the Darwin Awards.

Man Hit By Car, Then Train 6 Hours Later

How do you nominate someone for a Darwin award?

Expecting a train

To give this a suitable science fiction slant, we can say, "think of it as evolution, in action," which is attributed to Niven and Pournelle in "Oath of Fealty."

Here in L.A. we seem to bump off at least one person a week in pedestrian/train accidents. It's beyond me how this happens. My opinion of the average intelligence of the populace goes down for each one killed.

Pretty sad

I didn't mean to be anonymous

Nor any other kind of mouse, so here is the attribution for the above post: Ed Greenberg
