Baen.com posts a new free science fiction or fantasy story in the middle of each month to support an upcoming novel. This time the story is Landed Alien, and the novel it supports is our upcoming SF novel Dragon Ship -- due September 4th. The story starts just "below the fold" on the Baen page ...

      Well, sorta available.  As I type, Baen eBooks is acting flaky, but that should be fixed soon.  And if you go to the Baen Publishing Schedule Page, and click on the eBook button next to Dragon Ship, you can get in to buy and download.
