Quick -- tell your friends --

Bestseller: we haz one... again. Page 66 of the new Locus shows Fledgling as #6 on the monthly hardcover bestseller list in the December issue. Remember to get a copy of Fledgling for every member of your family, right? Do it today!

In other news, we have another a warm day -- looking forward to a seasonal day. Has it been warm where you are? Yesterday a record high temperature set at Concord NH... 65 degrees. In December.

Not so much with the heat here in Wis. Currently a seasonal 21º with a new dusting of snow on the ground. But at least it's sunny.

Northern California has been cold and gray. And will be pouring rain in a couple of days, according to the forcasters. Currently it's 47° at 11am with an expected high of 47.
Wait, I just checked the webcam. It looks sunny outside. Maybe I will actually see some sunshine at lunch today. That would be a most welcome change.

And I have to say, I'm halfway through the hardcover and loving it. You guys added some extra zing between the draft and the finished copy:)

Under winter weather advisory here in TN. I knew the fact that all the Maine Coons grew new coat in August had to mean something... guess we know now what. Brrrr.

We got snow today in WV! Forecast calls for 1-3 inches.

It won't last, they are saying it will get to fifty in a couple of days. :)

Warm before the storm

Don't you love how we get set up for the nice toasty stuff and then wham! Inches and inches of snow and below zero temps. That's us now, and you soon, I believe. Oh, well. Turkey soup on the stove, the last of our WA fir in the fireplace and a warm Maine Coon snuggling on my lap. My spouse asserts that she only wants me for my blanket! Spoiler of fantasy, that man. Stay warm. It's coming your way. Jenny from CO now!
