High wind watch in effect from Friday morning through Friday evening...
Tonight ...Snow likely this evening...then a chance of snow showers after midnight...accumulation of 1 to 2 inches. Chance of snow 70 percent. Friday ... Partly sunny... snow showers in the morning. Blustery with highs around 30. West winds to 25 mph with gusts to 40 mph. Chance of snow 50 percent. Friday Night...

Spring is in the air... somewhere.
That aside, today had unexpected charm, like the news that the thunk-thunk-kerthunka I was hearing in the car was a sign that the transmission mount is giving up the ghost rapidly, possibly victim of pothole city. Did I mention I saw an accident caused by a pothole yesterday?.... So, it turns out the guys at the shop know my next door neighbor the snowmobile guru ... and they cheerfully drove me home while we wait for pieces to arrive so the car can perhaps be put back together tomorrow.
The catalog beta work goes on, and I'm down to sending letters to the last dozen or so of people who've written that they are missing orders. Once they are contacted ... final run throughs on the catalog. Who knows .. might hit tomorrow as long as the car-stuff isn't too complicated. We shall see.
