Winter wonderland

Ayuh...

that's winter wonder land as in I wonder where winter went...
because the mountains and The County got snow. East Winslow and Unity got an inch or so of mixed accumulated mess which has devolved into slush or just plain wet.

Ughh.

Worse, given the current temps and stuff... is it won't be fun to drive in tonight. Might just stay home, after all.

I did not go to chess, what with the temps falling and the roads slick. The sand and salt trucks came by about 10:30 or so -- about the time I'd have been on the road coming home.

Roads _looked_ okay this morning, since the city had salted. Sidewalks, OTOH, (which I was using) were dicey.

Warmer now.
