Crystal Dragon in Canada

The big online book retailers in Canada don't appear to have Crystal Dragon available for pre-order, is there going to be a later release in Canada or something? Chapters.indigo.ca says "Temporarily Unavailable to Order" while Amazon.ca doesn't even list it.
