We won't have much time to hike; but we do want to visit a couple carousels if we can. Just remember that my altitude as I sit here here is --according to my GPS -- 227 feet above sea level... and the ground level at the hotel, according to my Delorme, is about 5000 feet higher.

As for the Tattered Cover, we apparently *went to the wrong one" we are told... we went to one near the Amtrak station and later were told that that's "not the real one" ...
