Voyager 1, it's the longest running mission and the furthest away (almost 10 milliard[1] miles). And the two Mars rovers, which like the Voyagers have massively exceeded their expected mission lifetimes.
[1] A site recently confused me by referring to it as 10 billion miles -- to me that's 1.7 light-years...
