The basement has ... a working drain in one corner, a dehumidifier going full blast, and the heat up; after all we've just been through the equivalent of hurricane. Generally this is a dry basement... it merely takes a Nor'easter right at the end of snow melt season to dampen things for a bit. We'll be OK RSN.
