kinzelJust arrived, the contract for a German language translation for an anthology of one of our short stories. Contracts must always be read by both of us... sigh.
Next, I haven't seen any hummingbirds for several days -- is their season over already, or did the remains of Ike chase them away?
Chess last night was enlivened by the addition of a number of young people wanting to learn. Whoa, who knew out little chess room there could hold so much noise? Anyway it was fun, and in the other moments I played Mark a rated game and won, and then lost two and won one ten-minute club rated games with John.
Some small movement on next chapter of Theo. There's a move underfoot to see a puppet show on Sunday... and Theo will need to be ready before that, I think. We shall see.
