Quaker Oats

Hi Steve,

I buy the Old Fashioned (not quick cooking) Quaker Oats (half a cup), along with some Craisins (dried cranberries most mornings, but you can vary it; this morning it was real strawberries - which add some additional liquid) in a bowl with some milk (soy, vanilla, for me because I decided I needed more soy in my life) and cook it for 3 minutes in the microwave. Then I add cinnamon, some honey, and OK some mini-marshmallows that can go all meltey and gooey.

I do this most weekday mornings and sometimes on the weekend. Nice and filling. I've stopped buying other cereals and because it's oats I tell myself it's healthy for me. Anyway, it's easy, tastes good, and I can add what *I* want.
